CLAIMs (Centro Local de Apoio à Integração de Migrantes – Local Support Centre for the Integration of Migrants) are spaces created to welcome, inform and support migrants, helping them in various areas of everyday life. Their mission is to support the whole process of welcoming and integrating migrants. CLAIM Ulusófona is located at the Lusófona University.

 
Practice 1: Intercultural collaborative learning at CLAIM Ulusófona.

As a higher education organisation with a CLAIM, it is possible to promote the cultural intelligence of higher education students through direct interaction with migrants, integrating training, internship and volunteering activities at the CLAIM of Universidade Lusófona.

 
Practice 2: Intercultural support for the training and employability of students and migrants.

As a cooperative/service provider, it is possible to promote the training and employability of university students and members of the migrant community through intercultural strategies that recognise and value the diversity of backgrounds, skills and needs.
